The cooling capacity of the screw type series water-cooled chillers rages from 125KW to 3213KW, so that this series can meet various load requirements in different conditions.
1. The screw type water-cooled chillers with small footprint and compact pipeline design only need add water pips outside. All of those benefits make the units easy to be installed and maintained.
2. Due to the intelligent control, the units can adjust the output of the compressor automatically according to the variable load. So that the units can operate in high efficiency and save energy at any time.
3. The LS family of water-cooled chillers utilizes the most advanced import twin-rotor screw semi-hermetic compressor with 5:6 teeth ratio. The unloading energy control device of the compressor can realize multi-grade and stepless energy adjustment.
4. The micro-computer control system we used has functions of safe protection, communication, failure judgment automatic adaptation, etc.
5. The main refrigeration parts we used are all the national or international famous products with excellent efficiency and reliable performance.
6. Multi-protection : High/low pressure protection, anti-freeze protection of chilled water, power-phase sequence protection, phase-lack protection, the water-flow inadequate protection, overheating protection of compressor motor, automatic start-up function after power cut.
