As a professional manufacturer of central air conditionings, we have engaged in air conditioning field for many years with abundant experience. Shenling has also constructed four state-level product performance- testing centers for packaged air conditioners, high-temperature-use air conditioners, air and water- cooled chillers and FCU & AHU.
Shenling' s research and development (R&D) center consists of one postdoctoral workstation, two provincial technical centers namely Guangdong Hi-tech Enterprise Center and Guangdong Special Air-conditioning Equipment Engineering Technology R&D Center, and four products R&D departments. And the R&D center has been equipped with four state-level product testing centers. What' s more, Shenling has developed a stable cooperation relationship with a number of professional design institutes, research academies and universities both at home and abroad.
With independent innovation subject, scientific innovation system and comprehensive technical cooperation, Shenling' s R&D strength has long been among the best in the industry of central air-conditioning and specialized air-conditioning nationwide. In recent years, Shenling has succeeded in developing of 16 series of new products with nearly 2000 specifications. Herein, six series of products have passed the technical authentication of the Ministry, two series have won the second and third prizes of military technology progress, three series have been entitled as national key new products, six series have got technical patents and another three series have been supported by Innovation Exclusive Fund of Guangdong Province. Furthermore, Shenling' s screw type air conditioning units have been honored as China Top Brand products, and full fresh air and stepless load regulation dehumidifier has won the golden prize in the 16th China' s Invention Exhibition.
Keeping up with the development of the advanced technology is the core developing strategy of Shenling. And Shenling will always stick to the management principal of "Technology first, service foremost" to make people's life more comfortable.
Drafting National Standards
SHENLING sets up the industry benchmark by drafting national standards.
And as an important output unit, up to now SHENLING has drafted three national standards of special air-conditioning product independently and taken part in the draft of other 20 national standards and industrial standards.
Shenling has drafted the following national standards independently: Air Handling Units for Operation Room, Entire Fresh Air Type Dehumidifier Units and Low Temperature Packaged Air Conditioners.
Shenling has taken part in drafting the national standards: Dehumidifiers, energy efficiency limit value of the Chillers and its energy efficiency ratio grade, energy efficiency limit value of the Packaged Air Conditioner and its energy efficiency ratio grade, Rooftop Air-conditioners, Vapor Compression Cycle (heat pump) Chillers Part 1: For Industry and Commerce Use and Similar Purpose (heat pump) Chillers, Packaged Air Conditioners, Air Coolers and Air Heaters, Changeable Air Amount Terminal Units, Anti-explosion Air-conditioners and Dehumidifiers, Aeration Equipment for Air Energy Reclaiming, core documents of quality standards for constructing project products, Positive Displacement Compressing Condensers, Heat Pump Chillers For Commercial & Industrial Use，Modular Air Handling Units，screw type refrigerant compressors, Purchase specification on heating Ventilating and air conditioning equipment for chemical plant.
Postdoctoral Scientific Research Workstation
After the approval of the People's Republic of China Ministry of Personnel and the National Postdoctoral CMC, Shenling set up a national post-doctoral scientific research workstation in 2003. Since running, the workstation has given a fully play to the advantage of our company and the post-doctor. It not only contribute to train cross-century talents，but also can promote the organic integration of production, education and research, so that to accelerate the industrialization of the scientific and technological achievements.
Shenling-Siemens Joint Lab
Shanghai Ling and Siemens jointly funded more than 300 million to set up the "Shanghai Ling - Siemens web-based professional air-conditioning operation and surveillance laboratory." As a model of air-conditioning Integrated Monitoring Network, the Shenling-Siemens Joint lab has offer central air conditioning monitoring subsystem to its customers and realize the seamless link which is a greatly progress in the cooperation of the international market.
